In Berzosa Injection Molds, we specialize in the manufacture of molds for containers and lids. With more than 30 years of experience in the sector, we are a benchmark company in the manufacture of molds of this type in the Spanish market. We also have extensive In Mold Labeling (IML) experience.
Thin wall packaging
Due to market requirements, standard containers have evolved into thin wall containers. The trend towards optimizing production processes by reducing weights while maintaining or improving mechanical characteristics has prompted us to take a step forward and specialize in thin wall molds. We manufacture multi-cavity molds, with thicknesses of less than 0.8mm ( change to thicknesses of 0.5 mm), using the best steel on the market to ensure high performance and reliability.

Although we are specialist in packaging, we also manufacture other kind of molds. Independely if molds are short or large productions, we apply all our experience and knowledge to offer a reliable and long-lived product.
